He began at 7:30am this morning and a full schedule is planned through the day, the night and into tomorrow morning until 8am (Election Day).

  • ·      5:00am – Breakfast/visit with patrons and workers at Waffle House (6230 Paper Mill Road)
  • ·      6:00am – Breakfast/visit with patrons and workers at Krispy Kreme (6201 Kingston Pike)
  • ·      7:30am – Human bill-boarding at the corner of Lyons View Pike and Northshore Drive

As I pulled up the plan I couldn’t help but wonder what he was going to do in the late night hours but I soon found that those stops were the most creative and genuine. I’m particularly intrigued that he’ll be shopping at Kroger and delivering food to Knox Area Rescue Ministries (Knoxville’s Biggest Homeless Shelter).

We’ll see you there….
